Check out this article in the New York Times on our Shaolin Kung Fu instructor, David Kaplan! He is an amazing instructor, so passionate about what he does! If you want to work out, sweat and learn some amazing techniques try out his class! He teaches on Saturday's from 3-4pm at the Loft and in Columbus Park in the Lower East Side on Mulberry and Bayard Streets, Chinatown, at 7 a.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. on Saturday.

Some updates on things happening at Loft594

So, a few things going on at the loft.
