Affiliated Artist Weekend --- April 4-6 at LOFT594

This Friday! You should come hang out at the gallery because we have an amazing show coming up with a great group of artists, our Affiliated Artists!

We have a weekend filled with fun events for you to come out and hang out :)

Our Schedule -

Friday, April 4th from 7-10pm --- Opening Reception

Saturday, April 5th from 3-4pm --- Critiques of the work in the show with all the artists
                                      4:15-6:30pm --- Panel Discussions

Sunday, April 6th from 1-6pm --- Open hours for our show, made them a little later, we know all of you like to sleep in on Sunday ;) And from 4-6pm we will be having a potluck so join us with your favorite plate!

"The Brave, The Bold, and The Compulsive." written by Katie Killary for Bushwick Daily - is a fantastic review of our current show up at the gallery! It closes this Sunday, February 16th and there will be a closing reception during our open hours, 12-5pm. Come by and have a cup of tea or coffee with us!

Studio Space Available!

Hi there, and I am sure everyone is enjoying the slight sunlight we have out today... dragging my feet hoping and trying to make it to Spring...

So why not distract yourself, NYC is good at doing that! Tomorrow come and visit us at the gallery from 6-10pm where we have a show curated by our guest curator and affiliated artist, Jen Shepard, X-istential!

We also have a studio space available at the gallery - It is a private space and is 6 feet wide by 14 feet long with our lovely 12 foot ceilings :) Interested? Send us an email at loft594brooklyn@gmail.com

We also know of a new place opening up soon... still a bit of a secret since it is at the moment still in the works... Rumor has it, it is a Photography Studio in Bushwick, which will have three black and white semi private dark rooms, a large communal space to shoot models, work, etc., and a lovely outdoor space to hang out :) There is also a really nice and spacious Studio space available there, it is 8 feet by 14.5 feet with 10 foot high ceilings, private and with access to all the Photography Studio amenities!
