More July 12th Opening Artists

Mikhail D. Poloskin / Adam J. Steinbrenner

Our statement:

Misha and Adam have known each other since their freshman year at college.  Once they realized they both shared a similar sense of humor, as well interest in the Arts, they quickly became friends.  They lived within the same house for the three remaining years of school. There they kept a close involvement with one another's work, constantly challenging each other in becoming better Artist's.

After school they traveled off in different directions, Misha moving to San Francisco, while Adam moved to Flagstaff.  Despite their distance, they maintained contact, sharing news of one another's progress and endeavors.  They've both recently found their ways to New York to pursue their craft, and to experience city life.  When they aren't laboring tirelessly for less than they're worth at their day jobs, they are painting and envisioning themselves as one day, very important people.

Adam and Misha motivate one another to succeed.  These paintings are a representation of their friendship.  They were born from around a kitchen table, whilst talking about life.  They say very little, but speak loud in volume. They are total rock 'n roll.
